  • All return, refund, and exchange policies are governed by the individual store you purchased from.

  • You must contact the retailer directly to initiate any returns or refunds.

  • Vayard holds no responsibility for returns, product defects, shipping issues, or customer service related to these purchases.

We recommend carefully reviewing the terms and policies of the retailer before completing your order.


2. Products Purchased Directly Through Vayard

For certain products, you may complete your purchase directly on the Vayard website. These purchases are governed by the following return terms:

  • Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Conditions:

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

  • Return Process: Please contact us at contact@vayard.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item to the seller.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once the seller receives and approves the returned product, the refund will be processed. Please note that Vayard does not hold inventory, and does not ship products directly. We act as an intermediary and take a commission on each sale.


3. General Limitations

  • Vayard is not liable for any damage, delays, or loss during return shipping.

  • We do not accept in-person returns or drop-offs.
